I have a student license, and when I run a solver, the following message appears: “Solution obtained using an unauthorized or unknown solver. Please contact support@ampl.com.”
What can I do?

Which solver are you trying to use?
For the academic community license (assuming you’re using this kind of license) there are some commercial solvers included such as Gurobi, Cplex, Xpress, Copt or Mosek. If you are using one of them but receiving that message, could you please send an email to support@ampl.com with your license uuid?
Other nonlinear commercial solvers like Knitro and Octeract are not included in that license, but in trials you can request
