License randomly invalid

Hi all,

following problem. I got an AMPL license which works perfectly fine. I am using AMPL on WIN11 and installed it with the new AMPL installer.

After some time working with AMPL, I am getting a message telling me the license in invalid. (If it occurs the next time I will copy the message in this thread).

I have to use the installer again to override the existing directory and enter the same exact key. Then it works again. It´s very annoying.

Is this problem on anyone’s radar?

Hi @michael,

Thank you for reporting this issue. The next time it happens could you please send us the amplkey.log file that should be next to ampl.lic in your AMPL installation directory?
