New error message

New to AMPL

I’m using this code from the colab.ampl.com ‘Getting Started’ section. It had been working just fine, but now generates an error message in Google Colab.

MODULES, LICENSE_UUID = [‘ampl’, ‘coin’, ‘highs’, ‘gokestrel’], None

Error message:
Exception: AMPL module ‘ampl’ is not available.

If I remove ‘ampl’ from the list, it runs fine.

I would appreciate any insight/suggestion you can share.

Hi @Atma_Iyer,

Thanks for reporting this issue. The “ampl” module is no longer necessary to be included in that list since it is being included by default. We have just release a new version in which it is just ignored instead of showing that error.
