I am looking for an official source to refer to the status that CPLEX returns and the meaning of each one. I would like to know if there is an official website, manual or something like that.

Solvers return statuses to AMPL in the built-in parameters solve_result and solve_result_num, which are described in section 14.2 Retrieving results from solvers of the AMPL book. You can look up the solve_result_num values in the table at https://portal.ampl.com/~dmg/netlib/ampl/solvers/xxx/README.xxx , where the two occurrences of xxx are replaced by the name of the solver that you’re using — in your case, cplex. (The table is toward the end.)
Error codes might also be displayed directly by the solver or by the operating system. So if you see some status message that you can’t figure out, post it here.
