Where is available the amplgsl download package?
To get the amplgsl distribution, sign in at the AMPL Portal. (If you don’t have an account, you can sign up for one there.) Then select My Downloads from the menu, and you’ll see all available downloads, including “amplgsl” for Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
